Dillon was born and raised in Graham, Washington. A proud graduate of Bethel High School, he met his wife Anne there. Together, Anne and Dillon are parents of four awesome kids.
Before opening Rally, Dillon served nine years in the U.S. Army, graduated from Brigham Young University, and built high-rises across the Pacific Northwest with the Seattle-based contractor Lease Crutcher Lewis. Today, along with his duties as Rally General Manager, he owns and operates Compass Plumbing, a commercial plumbing company based in Puyallup.
Above all, Dillon values family and community. His deepest hope for Rally is to create that same warm, supportive environment for every member who walks through the door.

Chris Pierce
Chris is a Pacific Northwest native who returned after college to raise his family in the community he loves. He first discovered pickleball in high school gym class back in the ’90s and has played it on and off over the years only to take it more seriously a few years ago after an invitation from Dave to play at a community court. Together with his high school sweetheart Rebecca, whom he married in 2001, Chris is proud to call the PNW home. They have four children—three girls and a boy, ages 12 to 23—and share deep roots in the area. You’ve probably met his daughter Betsey working at the front counter and in the next few years, his son Leo will get his chance. With a long career in heavy civil construction, Chris works full time for a local contractor and plans to stay in the industry through retirement. But his passion for pickleball led him to open this facility with his longtime friends creating a welcoming space where players of all levels can connect, improve their game, and build lasting friendships. Chris and Rebecca are thrilled to be part of a business that strengthens and is strengthened by this incredible community.

Randy Fuller
Randy was born and raised in the Pacific Northwest, where he first discovered pickleball as a freshman in high school through the P.E. curriculum. He quickly realized he had a natural talent for racquet sports and enjoyed playing with wooden paddles at the time. Inspired by that early exposure, he joined the tennis team his sophomore year, ultimately winning two league championships. He later taught tennis classes at Central Washington University (CWU) and served as an assistant tennis coach at his alma mater. Although he hadn't touched a pickleball paddle since that freshman year, a friend invited him to play in 2023—and he hasn't put the paddle down since. Randy moved to Pierce County in 2008 and is now in his mid-forties. He and his wife Tasha, who also enjoys the sport, have six boys—all of whom occasionally play pickleball and help out in the Pro Shop at Rally. He has had the privilege of playing pickleball in several different countries and cherishes every opportunity to play and help grow the sport.

Dave Willcox
Dave was raised in California and came to Washington for military service. After the Army he and his family (four kids!) decided to stay in the beautiful PNW thanks to the wisdom of his wife Jen. That was more than 20 years ago and no regrets!
Dave is a dentist and has a practice in Gig Harbor but lives in South Hill. 2023 was the year he first played pickleball and the addiction was immediate. Sadly after years of playing he still makes tons of rookie mistakes.
Making Rally Pickleball Club a great place to play and build a community is important to Dave and he hopes to be playing for many years to come.
