Do I have to sign a waiver?
Yes! All guests entering our facility must have a signed waiver. Ages 18 and older will be required to show their ID on their first visit. If you have a child under the age of 18, you will be required to come with them on their first visit to sign the waiver.
What is the CourtReserve App?
A free app that The Pickleball Space uses to reserve courts, register for events including leagues and tournaments. Remember the App is totally free to download but you will be required to enter an email address to create an account.
Do I need to bring my own equipment?
No, equipment may be rented at our facility. We also have an extensive demo program if you are interested in trying different paddles.
Can I try it out before I join
Yes, give us a call or stop in for a quick tour and play.
Do I have to be a member?
No, visitors are welcome. However, if you play frequently a membership would be the most cost effective way to enjoy our facilities.
Do I have to make a reservation?
Yes, please reserve via the CourtReserve app
Are there restrooms and showers available?
Yes! Restrooms are located towards the NorthWest end of the facility in the "sliver" as well as showers and changing rooms.
Is there food and beverage on site?
Yes, we offer vending machine snacks and drinks. Also, with a booked event you are able to bring in outside food and drink (no alcohol allowed).
What is a “drop in session”?
“Drop In” is a regularly-scheduled, organized event where players can show up and play with or without specific partners. You are expected to register for this event in the Court Reserve app as space is limited.
What if I can’t make it to my court reservation?
You may cancel a court reservation by going to CourtReserve.com or accessing the CourtReserve app. We will refund all amounts paid if we receive your cancellation notice within 48 hours from your scheduled reservation date and time period. We will not refund any amount for a reservation that you fail to attend or fail to reschedule or postpone at least 48 hours in advance.
Can I pause my annual contract
Yes, when travelling or have suffered an injury.
